REFUND POLICY
We offer a 24 hour money back guarantee to customers who ordered the Maximus RDP from Maximus Cloud and were unable to use it due to country restrictions. The client must have tangible proofs. We will try our best to solve the problem. If we can’t, then the refund will be processed.
The following points will not be accepted for refund
- I am not getting download/upload speed. (The download/upload speeds depends on many factors which are not in our hands)
- My server is slow. (If you overload the server by running too many application, it will get slow. Either upgrade or limit your usage)
- I ordered by mistake.
- I changed my mood, I don’t want Maximus RDP.
- I don’t know how to use the Maximus RDP.
- I want Maximus RDP with admin/root rights. (It’s not possible, Maximus RDP does not come with admin/root access)
- I didn’t want to purchase from Maximus Cloud.
- I ordered the wrong plan by mistake.
- I am not able to access Dating Sites. (We will change the server multiple times, until it works)
- Hacking/Bruteforcing/Spamming Tools are not allowed, hence I want refund.
- I don’t have internet connection to use your service. or I have very poor internet connection for remote session.
- I was out and was not able to use your server.
- Or anything similar to above points.
NOTES
- Opening dispute without any reason or even opening dispute after using our services in order to get your money back will not help. Doing so will result in money not being refunded and Maximus RDP will also get terminated.
- If you don’t agree to the above rules, please do not place order.
- Refunds are only applicable for first month.
